Problems sometimes go on for a long time and we cannot see a way out of them or they can make us feel out of control, helpless or even suicidal, BUT CHANGE IS POSSIBLE. This is where talking to a trained professional can help you find creative and positive ways forward by looking at problems, distress or situations from different perspectives to find meaning in your life.
